All classes offered are open to all fitness levels. We offer modifications for more advanced exercises that allow our classes to be challenging for both beginner and experienced students. Reservations are required before attending the class. All Pilates classes are limited to 6-15 people per class based on the type of class.
Pilates is a system of full body exercises, with practiced consistently, designed to increase lean muscle and flexibility, improve your physical strength, heighten body movement awareness and coordination, correct body alignment and posture, improve balance and core strength, tighten pelvic, abdominal, gluteus muscles for a more fluid movement, create spinal flexibility and shoulder girdle stability to create strong toned bodies, as well as bring forward mental consciousness through the mind/body connection.

Using the basic Pilates exercises that will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability, the Pilates Reformer, is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. It also has an emphasis on rhythmic and flowing sets of movement. Once you become intermediate or advanced, we add rings, rollers, balls, and spine corrector barrels to farther develop strength and flexibility. The jumpboard can be used with the Pilates Reformer to incorporate cardiovascular exercises and plyometric movements.

Your core will be challenged. Learn to connect mind and body for increased ease of movement in every aspect of life. No matter what your fitness goals, your coach will work with you to create a strong, centered body from the inside out.

Combining traditional Pilates Mat exercises with the following apparatus: Pilates ball, stability ball, Ultra Fit Circle, thermabands and resistance bands. The workout is perfect for firming, leaning out and trimming down the body. It is also great for improving physical conditioning.

The Pilates Barre signature workout class that combines ballet, weights, and Pilates for a low-impact, fat-burning workout. Plan to do some free-standing lifting using light weights, some mat work, and plenty of barre work. The class also incorporates stretching segments after each strengthening series, so you''ll also lengthen your body and increase flexibility while you tone. No dance experience required.
"Raise the bar and meet us at the barre."
The Booty Barre class is a unique and effective fitness class combining elements and techniques of Pilates, Dance and Yoga. Each class starts with a warm up in the center moving to upper body strengthening using small weights or bands, the Barrework section next for lower body strengthening/lengthening and ends with abdominal work and back extension. The choreography is similar from class to class for continuity and variations are added for variety and added challenge.Each class has cardio intervals to rev up your metabolism. The exercises are designed to streamline, firm, tighten and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. Helping to create balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility and improve cardiovascular endurance. Set to fun and upbeat music you will not even notice that an hour has flown by and that you have accomplished a complete full body workout!

This class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

A dynamic system of practicing Pilates Mat exercises, linking breath to movement, builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. After a sequence of Pilates exercises, it ends with sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) and a 5-minute meditation as the sunrise.
A series of Pilates Mat exercises that will help to elongate your muscles and sculpt your body with fat burning, extreme stretches while your rock your STILETTOS. The ultimate gluteus and core muscles workout that will have you feeling sexy and sky rocket your confidence. This class is offered monthly as a signature class every fourth Saturday.

Conservation & Pilates, is a workshop with a lecture, open discussion and demonstrations. We open up with a discussion on a specific topic (different topics throughout the year) related to a particular benefit of Pilates. The workshop ends with the class bringing those benefits into practice. This signature class is held every other month on the second Fridays. The next workshop class will be: "Kegels, Core, Conversation & Cocktails"
